Introduction
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to "we," "our," and "us" mean Nourishing Nutrition LLC. We own and operate the website at http://www.eatsforibd.com/ (the "Website"). The Website is intended to provide you with information about nutrition and food for persons with inflammatory bowel disease ("IBD") – including specific carbohydrate diet ("SCD") and other recipes, with nutritional analysis, meal planners, and grocery lists. There are also opportunities to become a subscriber, make purchases, and interact with the Website and other Website users – such as by posting comments or providing content (e.g., photos of your recipes) for us to use on the Website. We offer subscription options with the intent of creating a community focused on shared opportunities and challenges for people living with IBD.
Please note that our Website is intended for only people residing within the United States; please do not use it if you are located outside the United States.
This Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, use, and disclose personal information collected through the Website and over the phone (although we rarely collect personal information over the phone and therefore use the term "Website" throughout to refer to all personal information processing done by phone or through the Website). If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is to not use our Website. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not, however, retroactively change how we share personal information without your consent. We will provide notice to you of any material changes through the Website or by other means as we deem appropriate before they take effect. Please check back periodically for any changes we may make to the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy means that you accept these changes.
Finally, your use of the Website does not create a doctor-patient or other fiduciary relationship with us. As explained in our Terms of Use, the Website is not intended to be used for any medical advice or diagnosis.
If you have a disability that limits your ability to access this Privacy Policy, please contact us at email support@eatsforibd.com to receive information on alternative formats. Put "Privacy Policy" in the subject line of your email.

Only those of our employees and agents who need access to personal information to do their jobs are allowed access, each having signed confidentiality agreements or otherwise subject to a duty of confidentiality.
While we make reasonable efforts to safeguard personal information once we receive it, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or information we transmit to you from the Website, and you assume all related risks.
